### About the Opportunity

Setting clear goals and staying focused can be challenging many New Year resolutions don’t make it past February 😅.

**Building Impact 2026 Challenge** is a youth-focused goal-setting activity designed to help young people visually map out their priorities for the year using a simple, engaging Canva template.

This activity encourages reflection, clarity, and intentional planning around personal goals, skills development, and SDG alignment.

### 🎯 What You’ll Do

Participants will:

* Identify and prioritise the **Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)** they want to focus on in 2026
* Highlight the **skills** they plan to apply or develop across **internships, work, volunteering, or livelihood opportunities**
* Create a **visual goal board** to support motivation, accountability, and focus throughout the year

### 🛠️ How to Participate

1. Access the Canva template:
2. Customise the template by:
   * Selecting your priority SDGs
   * Adding the skills you plan to apply or build
3. If you don’t have **Canva Pro**, use **remove.bg** to remove the background from your HeadSho photo before uploading it into Canva.
4. Personalise the design to reflect your interests, goals, and focus areas.
5. **Post your completed design on your Preferred Social Media** to share your 2026 goals and SDG focus with the community.
